ORDINANCES APPROVED FIRST READING ON 10/14/2025
- Ordinance #407-2025 is Chapter 1 of the new Zoning Regulation “Purpose, Authority, Jurisdiction, Basic Principles”
- Ordinance #408-2025 is Chapter 2 of the new Zoning Regulation “Vested Rights, Nonconforming Lots, Uses & Structures”
- Ordinance #409-2025 is Chapter 3 of the new Zoning Regulation “Actors in the Administration of these Regulations”
- Ordinance #410-2025 is Chapter 5 of the new Zoning Regulation “Zoning Permit Procedures”
- Ordinance #411-2025 is Chapter 7 of the new Zoning Regulation “Appeal & Variance Procedures”
The above ordinances will be on hold for a second reading until the remaining Zoning Chapters have all passed their first readings as well so that we do not have overlapping regulations.
