A. Public Hearing and Decision on a variance request from Pathways Assisted Living (Kathy and Lane Pruett) for the property at Lots 9-12, Bock 54 of the Milwaukee Land Company 2nd Addition, Plat D-29, more commonly known as 622 S. Main Street. Applicant requests a variance from lot coverage maximums. The City of Three Forks Ordinance Section 11-6A-6B, states “Multi-family dwelling: Not more than forty percent (40%) of the lot shall be occupied by the principal and accessory building.” Applicant has requested the variance of a 50% maximum, to have additional room for residents and to provide additional services.
