NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Three Forks City Council will hold a public hearing on October 13, 2026, at 6:00PM to hear the following resolutions:
- Public Hearing and Decision on a Resolution to Loan the Jefferson River Flood Mitigation SID #34 Fund #3510 a Sum of $600,000 from the Sewer Fund #5310 with an Interest Rate of 3%
- Public Hearing and Decision to Place Outstanding Water/Sewer Payments due 6/30/2026 onto the Property Tax Bill
The drafted resolutions may be found on our website at www.threeforksmontana.us/public-notices. Written and public comments will be accepted at the hearing.
